We know you want your new Mira Star pieces as soon as possible
We offer a variety of shipping options, which are calculated at checkout.

Please note,

On international orders customers are responsible for any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery

Currently we can not ship to Arab countries

Pick up from our studio in Tel Aviv is available by appointment

Most pieces are made to order, please allow us up to 3 business days for your items to be ready for shipping 

RETURNS

Not totally and completely satisfied with your purchase? 
We accept returns of items in their original condition within 14 days of the initial order date. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

All sale items are final sale.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS

Our products are currently sold on our website, as well as at our studio in Tel Aviv
Or at selected stockist around Tel Aviv, Berlin & Copenhagen.
You can pre-order styles before anyone else exclusively at our studio.

Sunday -Thursday, 10am - 6pm 
Friday 9am-1pm

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

CAN I CUSTOMISE MY SIZE
Most products can be customised for free. Please specify at checkout, or drop us a line at: hello@mirastarstudio.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
(There may be some minor adjustments to the design)
 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REPAIRS
Maximum of 7 days from receipt of product at our studio

 
HOW DO I CARE FOR THE JEWELRY

Our spectrum pieces are delicate, due to the delicate nature of the beads and strings  

Here's what we recommend you do to keep the wear and tear at a minimum:

Our bracelets can't swim so avoid wearing your pieces in the see, ocean, pool, or shower

Avoid spraying perfume or applying cream when wearing our pieces

Avoid banging your wrist on table tops, laptops and any other hard surfaces, (the beads are made of glass)

And definitely avoid throwing your pieces into the bottom of your purse

Our jewelry is not supposed to be precious, but, a bit like humans, colourful, imperfect and a little bit beat up. We actually like them best when they have a bit of the wearer's character in them. 
What's most important is that you love them!
