1. mirastar is a website used to purchase fashion jewelry and designed goods.

9. In any case of a mistake in shipping information or customers info entered by the customer upon order, the package will be returned to the company. The company will contact the customer in order to arrange another shipping on the expanse of the customer. This might also cause delays in delivery.

10. A final confirmation of the order will be made only after checking that the ordered products are indeed in stock and available for shipment. In the event that the product or products are not in stock, the customer will be entitled to a refund or replacement to another product at the same price.

Supply Times

1. The product will be sent to the address entered at the time of the order.

2. An invoice will be sent by e-mail to the customer according to the details entered at the time of the order.

Free self collection is also available for orders in Israel. The order will be processed in up to 2 days and then an email will be sent to the customer to schedule the pickup

Shipping in Israel shipped by registered mail is sent with the Israel Postal Company and reaches the post office nearest to your home. The shipment will be shipped from us in up to 3 business days and will arrive at the post office nearest you up to 14 business days

- Express delivery with courier is sent with an external courier company and arrives at the address entered at the time of order. The shipment will be shipped from us in up to 1 business days and will reach the address entered in up to 3 business days * during busy periods such as holidays and online sales holidays - up to 5 business days
